Ink of Pain

Ink of Pain
Book Review

About the Book:
INK OF PAIN - Author visualises her Poetry book divided in 5 segments. The book will take the reader to a journey through life’s different pains. I have seen, felt and experienced these pains and I feel they are in everyone’s heart. I felt them in myself, I felt them in others and I decided to paint them in words. I am not fantasiser but a hard core realist yet a dreamer. Since two and a half years I have been posting on Social media channels, mostly insta. That’s where I felt inspired and an urge to share my pain with other similar souls and best form can be via compiling and publishing them. Life in itself is tough these days and the new generation is the first one to be affected by it. My words unveil the pain which people normally feel stucked inside them in day to day life. My words will travel in them and make them introspect the life’s pain and find comfort in knowing they are not alone. There are many others out there who feel the same...Go through the same. They will easily co-relate.

Review:
Ink of Pain, a heart warming collection of poems are anecdotes from poet's personal life. After several years of inner struggle she vent out her feelings in the form of poetry. She wants to comfort her readers by reaching out to them through her creations, gently hug them and tell that they aren't alone in this journey.

All of us have ups and downs and often it feels to carry on that burden of pain. In one of her poems, she has mentioned how an excessive pain makes one numb and insensitive.

The poetess has masterfully touched various aspects of emotions which we go through in our day to day lives. Such as fearful of being exposed, losing and finding oneself, masking emotions, betrayal and many more.

It was an amazing read!

Recommended to all poetry lovers.
